After receiving a return and verifying that the items are in new unused condition, Tire Streets will issue a refund to the original payment method used at check out. Tire Streets cannot process refunds on alternative credit cards, debit cards, or any other third party payment system. 

If you have successfully cancelled an order with our customer service team's assistance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at check out. 

All refunds are processed as quickly as possible and funds are typically available within 24-48 hours but in some cases, refunds may take up to 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution.
