What happens if there is a delay in shipping my order?Updated 8 months ago

Our warehouse teams work to get standard orders shipped out within one business day of them being ordered and bulk/oversized orders within two business days. If there are any delays in the fulfillment process at our warehouse, we will be in contact with you to provide you with an update/resolution.

Once your order has been packed up and pickup from the freight company is arranged, you will receive a tracking number. That tracking number can be used to track your order on the respective freight company's website. From there you will be able to see the estimated or confirmed date of delivery.
