Our return policy is simple. Once you've received your order and you decide you wish to return it, use the "I want to request a return" function in our Help Center to get the returns process started. All items must be in new condition and unused to qualify for a return, unless it's your first set. Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.

All returns will be subject to the cost of return shipping and the total of return shipping will be subtracted from the amount refunded to the end user. Tire Streets reserves the right to deny returns that are damaged due to improper packaging or shipping methods used by the end user, so please take proper precautions to ensure the products arrive safely back to our facility.
