What should I do if my order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe?Updated a year ago

The best way to keep track of where your order is by utilizing the tracking number you were provided via email when your order shipped. Most standard orders arrive to the customer within 3 business days, but if you are still waiting for your order after this period, there may be a delay in transit that will be communicated on the FedEx website when you enter your tracking number.
