Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?Updated 8 months ago
Our order processing speeds are extremely fast so we will not always be able to update shipping address before orders are processed and shipping labels are created. If you have received a shipping confirmation, the order is already on it's way to you and cannot be cancelled. Once a package is assigned a shipping label, we cannot change the shipping address cannot be changed. There are no exceptions
If your order has shipped with the incorrect shipping address, you can still prevent it from being delivered to an incorrect address by requesting that FedEx hold your package at one of their facilities that are local to you, or by contacting FedEx and requesting a delivery address change.
