How can I check the status of my order?Updated a year ago

Once an order had been placed, you will receive an email confirmation and our team will begin fulfilling your order. We process and fulfill orders Monday through Friday from 5:30am to 2:30pm CST. Once you've received your confirmation email, you can check the status of your order by visiting our help center and utilizing the "Track order" function.
