What do I do if my tires are lost during shipment?Updated 10 months ago

In the event your tires are lost during shipment, please utilize the "I am missing items in my shipment" function in our help center as soon as you notice any irregularities in the delivery. We will file a lost claim with the courier service and provide you with a reference number for this claim. We will then send out a replacement for the lost tires immediately, ensuring you do not need to wait for the outcome of the claim.
